As a Driver Supervisor within our Diss Depot, you are responsible for the day to day performance of our transport operations. Working as part of a team of several Driver Supervisors, with support available from the Operations and Senior Operations Managers, your role is to oversee the real time operation of our transport services, proactively intervening to prevent or mitigate disruption where you can, and reactively responding to incidents where required.

Working as part of a team of Service Controllers and Customer Information Controllers, with support available from the Network Manager and the Commercial Information Manager, your role is to oversee the real time operation of our transport services, proactively intervening to prevent or mitigate disruption where you can, and reactively responding to incidents where required.

Our drivers make us who we are. Our customers consistently tell us that our drivers are friendlier, more helpful, and have better customer service than other big bus companies. We're independently owned, and we've grown fast, but without losing what matters; friendly depots, managers who know the job and get behind the wheel themselves, and a culture of support, training and career progression. If you've not got a bus licence we'll fund your training, and we also pay for all CPC training for all of our colleagues. We also pay you for the time you spend undertaking the training. Most of our managers started as drivers themselves, and we have lots of opportunities for career progression. That might be following the traditional route into operational management roles, or perhaps becoming a Driver Trainer or Mentor. Some colleagues join our service delivery team, working as Service Controllers in our Operations Control Centre or installing and maintaining roadside infrastructure at bus stops across our network.
